About Phil Hartman
My name is Phil Hartman and I'm a Nashville-based photographer who got his start with an old Minolta 35mm camera when I was in college in the late 1970's. Many years and a couple cameras later, I enjoy capturing images of cities, beautiful architecture, shorelines, gorgeous landscapes, and nature in general. Lately, I've also begun revealing the tiny details of small subjects like flowers and insects thru macro photography.
I hope you find images to enjoy in my online gallery. Please take the time to leave a comment on any image you particularly like. It's always nice to read encouraging comments. Even better, place an order to put one of these images in your home or office. Please also feel free to use the "Contact" feature of this website to inquire about artistic collaboration or commissioning work.
And yes, "reports of my death are greatly exaggerated."
